I have a Master of Applied French Language where I had courses in linguistics and didactics to teach French as a foreign language. I also attended a training course with the Paris Chamber of Commerce and Industry to learn how to teach FOS.
I like travel and foreign languages. I am very interested in Asia, especially in the Far East.
My method is to first assess the specific needs of the learner. From what he or she looks for, I create and prepare structured units and lessons in which I did authentic documents, I develop teaching resources from Fle manuals, Internet videos, excerpts movies, advertisements, etc. always focusing on the skills that learners want to develop or improve.
Once the needs and level of the learner have been established, I give them each Skype lesson a document or exercise (audio or written) that will trigger the lesson. From this exercise or from this document, we work on one or more specific points (which can be vocabulary, grammar, oral comprehension, oral expression, particular structures, etc.).
Obviously, if the learner has special requests and wishes to change the course content, it is quite feasible because I am very flexible.
