I am 30 years old qualified and experienced French teacher living in Dublin.
Until recently, I taught the Fle at the French Alliance Dublin in Ireland (with about 3,500 different students for more than 6,000 annual registrations the French Alliance Dublin is the third Alliance Française of Europe and the first in a European non-French-speaking country) for 6 years.
Before that, and at the end of my studies as regent in French and French as a foreign language, I was engaged in a secondary school in Rixensart, Belgium to teach Fle classes to a bridge-class audience (first-comers ). Following this first professional experience, my husband and I moved to Ireland to work and improve our English skills.
During my six years in Dublin, I was fortunate to be able to work in a very rewarding environment. Indeed, I had the opportunity to teach a wide variety of audiences that the French Alliance of Dublin offers, on the one hand, classes for children (from the age of 1 year), teenagers and adults and, on the other hand, different types of content at various levels (from the most basic to the most advanced - classes for bilingual children and adolescents as well). So I taught general French, professional French (external courses in companies), conversation, preparation for official exams, ... in the form of group or inpidual courses. For two years, I specialized in teaching French to toddlers through the "A Petits Pas" program, which recently obtained the European label of languages. And, I also animated some holiday camps and workshops for children. In addition, I had the opportunity to proofread and correct various academic works (including the "Business & French" dissertation of a brilliant student from Trinity College-Dublin) and to teach adults enrolled in evening classes to obtain an additional degree (Ibat College-Dublin).
I have also been able to perfect my teaching practice thanks to the continuing education modules offered by Alliance française Dublin. In particular, I obtained the authorization to award and correct the official DELF-DALF (A1-C2) tests that I recently renewed (valid until 2021).
Today, I totally changed my main job since I worked as an analyst for a famous social media company. In parallel, I continue to teach the Fle to adults in evening classes and during French Tutoring by Skype.
Thanks to these few professional experiences, I was confronted with a multitude of teaching cases giving me a glimpse of the scope of the possibilities of my job and making me a person with strong experience in his field. In addition, I have a good capacity of adaptation and initiative as well as great qualities of organization and patience.
In private life, I am particularly interested in cinema and travel.

Specialties
Business French
The Alliance française Dublin offers companies the opportunity to receive teachers in the workplace. So, on many occasions, I went to various companies to teach general French but also, in a number of cases, professional French. Among the large contracts, each year, teachers have given private lessons in the various departments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
French for Kids
As mentioned in the general presentation, I specialized in teaching Fle to toddlers (from 2 years old). The objective being, through the reading of albums, the songs and the game, to allow the children to open themselves to the sounds of the language and to learn some vocabulary and some structures.
For several years, I have adopted courses for children "bilingual" (often mixed French-Irish families). In this case, it is a question of teaching the reading and writing of the French language.
Preparation For French Exams
I am qualified for the passing and the correction of the official exams DELF-DALF all levels (A1 to C2).
